Finding the right therapist for you is hard, so below you will find some of the Frequently asked Questions I have had from previous clients and questions I have asked before to other therapists!
What is sports massage?
Sports massage is a specific massage targeting muscle groups. It involves many different techniques including Soft Tissue Release, Stretching, Range of Movement and many other techniques.
I will always talk you through what I will be doing in the treatment.
Does Sports Massage hurt? - This is a question I get a lot, this is down to YOU. I need you to tell me what kind of pressure you want, it's not about pain, we want benefits, it's there to help.
How can I pay?
You can pay however is best for you!
Card, cash and invoice are all appropriate.
Block bookings are an option also.
Can I get a same-day appointment?
I would recommend booking in advance as I am often still extending my knowledge so I can improve my treatments.
I am always learning!
But, I would never say no. Give me a call, email or text and I will get back to you as soon as I can.
Will my insurance cover my visit?
Some insurance companies accept Sports Massage as a treatment.
Please always check with your insurance company before booking in.
Some insurance companies, you will pay and claim back, some I can organise payment with.
